i think that pretty much sums up where i am right now. my lovely bride went to bed at the same time this evening, but i've gotten up EVERY HOUR to run to the bathroom, and my throat is sooo raw! as i write this i fight back the urge to cry. seriously! i am so tired and miserable, and there seems to be nothing that releaves me of my misery! i'm waiting patiently for this medication to work, but for whatever reason it just won't cooperate with me. my throat is SOOO RAW!

i haven't slept all night - i toss and turn, doze off, and right when i do i have to get up and pee. plus, i keep swallowing HARD for some reason and it's VERY painful i'm now sitting here with a glass of ice filled with water in an attempt to calm the inflamation. another thing that hurts more than anything in the world is yawning. everytime i yawn my mouth barely opens, quivers and then shuts again - not a real yawn - too painful.

seriously, when the doctor tells me that it's the worst throat case he's seen in years - a little sympathy would be nice. try to understand what i'm going through. the doctor flat out said, "i have no idea how you've been handling the pain..." even he says its bad.
